      Pros

      Both local and HQ teams are friendly and highly professional. The management is involved in day-to-day activities, motivating and inspiring. Corporate values here are not just a teoretic concept but a way of being and acting, that's visible in the entire organization. Great workplace!

      Cons

      The expectations from each employee are very high which can be rather pressing sometimes. And certain divisions are slightly understaffed.

      overall great company to work for if you can find the right balance between travel and personal life.

      Cons

      Constant travel if you are a billingual rep. You are utilized first and more often then any of the English speaking representatives and there is no additional benefits for being bilingual.
