Relatively small company. You know everyone and everyone knows you. From the CEO down to the technicians in the Manufacturing floor. Great place to showcase you talent and get recognized.
Cons
The same attribute of being a small company making it a great place to work for also makes it a downside. Since the working team is a small group, you are expected to work long hours and weekends and pick up tasks unrelated to your actual position.
The company has advanced technology, hard working people and a wonderful culture. It's a small size public company and people know each other in a deep level. The management is great - usually give you very specific tasks and help you to make sure things get done along the way without micromanagement.
Cons
Only one doughnut on Friday and it's very crowded near the bathroom area.
