Given the high cost of living in this region, the compensation provided by many employers falls far below what is necessary to maintain a decent standard of living. It's astonishing that companies operating in such an expensive area fail to recognize the financial strain their employees are under due to inadequate pay. The disparity between the soaring expenses and the meager compensation only adds to the challenges of making ends meet, causing undue stress and frustration for the workforce. Equally concerning are the benefits package that are often offered alongside these low wage. Many companies seem to cut corners when it comes to providing comprehensive benefits, leaving employees with subpar healthcare coverage, minimal paid time off, and limited retirement options. This not only leaves workers vulnerable in times of need but also undermines their sense of job security and well-being.

Massive layoffs over the last month. Not really sure what they are doing but I wouldn’t work here. The training program is awful. I was told to not worry about figuring out the different VMS systems and to focus on recruiting. I need to know what jobs are open to recruit for though. They are very unorganized and changing their ethics all the time. They have a presidents club and even the top recruiter in the company can’t make it and he has 70+ nurses working for him. Honestly this company is trash and I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to work here
