      Pros

      Company constantly make efforts to improve hard and soft skills of its employees and consequently they arrange for training programs, grooming sessions etc. The work culture is quite good, further complemented by a motivational higher management. Another thing I would like to emphasize is that Aequor actively support its employees, pay a good salary and provides great facilities such as transport services, free food etc.

      Pros

      I have been working with Aequor for 5+ years and have seen the growth of the group. I was given numerous award during my tenure and was truly appreciated by my managers for various achievements. I feel the company cares about the employees and its the small gestures that count. I feel after counting all my benefits and other perks, I am well compensated.

      Pros

      This is by far one of the most organized and professional agency I've come across throughout my nursing career. Firstly, the convenience of doing all the paperwork through email and fax, means that I don't have to travel all the way to New Jersey. Secondly, they will keep in touch with you throughout the registration process and won't judge you b/c you're late with the documents they'll just reschedule you at your convenience. Overall the pay rate is great, when I get my RN I look forward to working with Aequor, the pay is excellent.
