Pros

Great teams, great managers and great clients. I am working with Aequor for 7 plus years, have worked in various responsibilities from Project Manager to Presales consultant and Program Manager. I have seen the company transform tremendously. You are able to speak to Sr. Mgmt and get things moving quickly. In my capacity, this has been the best exp as I got to do many hand on things which I would have not been able to do in any large enterprise. Worked on projects for many Fortune 100 companies in various industries. Great learning experience, both vertically in various industries and also various technologies.

Cons

Sometimes due to short timelines it gets pretty stressfull but the type of projects/technologies that you work on overweights the stress of tight deadlines

I recently joined Aequor and this is truly one of the best environment that i have worked. The management team has put a lot of effort in setting up an on-boarding for new employees. I was made very comfortable during my first week of employment and was properly trained on all tools that i would be leveraging to be successful in the company. The team is really helpful and wanted to truly help me to become successful.

Cons

High pressured environment but i guess that is the nature of recruitment. A lot of open positions/jobs to work on but the benefit to working on that many jobs is a lot of commission to take home.
