      Great Experience at a growing organization

      Pros

      Very healthy and open work environment with flat hierarchy and easy access to top management to get any concerns addressed very quickly. Organization is having a steady growth year on year and I have seen my responsibilities and skills growing proportionally. In my last 8 years with Aequor, I have seen many up and down in the industry however Aequor have sailed through all of those seamlessly without having any major impacts to its clients or employees. Most of the work is on cutting edge technologies including SFDC, Mobile, Sitecore, Biztalk to name a few.

      Cons

      Every company have some limitations but there is nothing which can not be managed or significant enough to be concerned.

      Pros

      Aequor has been a wonderful experience for me personally till now. I have wonderful colleagues and also very good boss. All the leads and fellow manager have been always been supportive and helpful in whatever way I needed. I have a good opportunity to show case my talent and as well as learn & experience new things like ORM. The best part I liked here is the generally the friendly environment in the office. Also the process here have been very cooperative. Also HR , Recruitment team, Accounts and Admin team have always been cooperative and helpful when ever asked for by me. And best part has been the work, which has been exciting, challenging and interesting. I loved the opportunity also in helping set up new endeavors and all the support given by India as well as US team. Lastly, I would like to say that always been inspired by the vision of the founder of the company which was shown by them to us all and I am proud to be part of Aequor.

      Cons

      Nothing as such I have to say for cons. Maybe the office timings can be more flexible. That it I have to say by way of imporvement

      Exposure to good technologies, Good environment, No Pressure of work, Growth oriented, Free dinner ;)

      Cons

      You will never get a perfect organization, there are always some cons which may be due to some senior level employees. Talent of the employees is not recognized. Selection process of Employee of the month should be transparent.
