Benefits are decent, pay is fair and is pretty good depending on position, some nice colleagues This is a good option for an entry-level to gain experience in the field. If you choose to stay and put in little-moderate effort, you'll likely stay in your role. If you go beyond what's expected of you, you can move up but with that comes a great deal of neverending responsibilities. Be prepared to not have time for much else.

Cons

Very, very excessive micromanagement, little to no training, no 401K match, no yearly reviews with option for salary increase, hardly any chance for team building, no acknowledgement of hard-work or incentives during the pandemic for employees across the board
