Poor training, High school click environment. They hire you with no experience and then expect you to learn it after sitting /shadowing with someone for a day. Once you do get the hang of it they fire the employee for production, Quality and accuracy are not their main concern, it is how many accounts you can get through that will make money. They get rid of the employee before 90 days , 60 in my case. They will tell you that you are doing good and make you feel as if you are safe in your job but do not be fooled. I took the job wanting to learn something new. Thank God I did not depend on this job for survival. Ive never been let go from a job before and I work hard to do my best and perform to the expectations of my employer. Money is their main concern. Be careful if you choose to work here.
