Pros

It is what you make it, you do well and management will notice and continuous efforts will be recognized, if you cant make it here its because you are lazy stupid or more then likely, both. A job is a job and this is simply that, you do your job to your best ability you can easily sit there for 8hours and not be bothered other then an occasional extra task asked of you or a question pertaining to your work.

Cons

Not a ton of vacation time , not the best office wages. Too much gossiping. But the worst of all, is how nasty and expensive the cafeteria is downstairs.
