Amazing Benefits, decent pay, profit sharing and bonuses are very common

Cons

Management often overworks its engineers. Not a lot of innovation happnes at this company, just simple design work.

Good people to work with, mostly anyway. Week off between Christmas and New Years

ASI was an amazing company to work for. They did so much for the employees. But that was then and now, it's awful. They don't care about the employee, it's getting the seats filled. It doesn't matter that they're hiring idiots, And there is NO parking. Mgmt seems to be more concerned about getting new people in, but they don't take care of the employees they have.

There is really nothiing good about working here

Very vey disorganized company with no future, complete chaos working here. The three stooges would be better management, There is no work to speak of, quality is nonresistant. They are seriously behind schedule on their contracts - years behind! This is the absolute worst place I have ever worked at - I would rather be unemployed than work at this ridiculously inept company.
