Flexible hours, relaxed area, no pressure and overall company cohesiveness.

Cons

Locked-in hourly POT. Overtime doesn't affect hourly POT. Below average hourly wage.

Cons

Lean management structure can make it difficult to move beyond the Mid Tier Manager level depending on your discipline.

- Cares about their employees - Exceptional 401k benefits - Some* remote work opportunities - Lots of development growth - Work never stops - Mix age groups - Family atmosphere

Cons

- Many engineer's don't understand how they fit into the SDLC - Upper management is stuck on 'the old ways' - Salaries do not reflect the current market values
