3 step interview process to really get to know someone (Including the President himself) Very open and honest communication Constructive feedback Amazing benefits Clear change in company culture with implementation of new staff

Cons

Donut Friday's are kind of a killer on the gut! Haha

Pros

Good growth opportunity. The culture is good and most people I work with have been here for 10 to 15 years. Project work is challenging but rewarding. Facility and amenities are good. Monthly company BBQ and lunches.

Cons

Fast turn projects can be stressful at times. At times, the company is too busy. Engineers tend to travel but it’s usually limited to reasonable amounts.
