      Pros

      Opportunity to learn was good. Lots of training.

      Cons

      HR did not help at all with any cases of racist language my boss used with me. Also got perfect evaluation and didn’t get a raise like others. Stressful patient calls. Wasn’t willing to put things in place to make our jobs easier.

      Management will just waste your time

      Pros

      The benefits are decent, and we got some nice perks in the workplace like snacks and coffee.

      Cons

      The management of Aeroflow Health will just waste your time. Our supervisors keep setting unnecessary meetings, and they don't even make use of the time efficiently. They also make it difficult to coordinate with them because their schedules are all over the place, and they don't get back to us on time.
