Pros

Good for entry level into medical, at best, if no other options are available. Provide good service only for a small subset of the total market of patients that upper management says "fit their patient profile."

Cons

A lot of "culture" lip service. Ownership seems to truly believe this, but upper management serves up enough money for reality not to matter. Growing to fast to keep up and spread very thin. Operational and sales people are pushed harder than they are supported and the only ones standing at the end of the plank. Have your resume ready, be warned. If you feel that you are being "sold" on opportunity for income, support, or anything else, then you are correct. In defense, any company's primary objective is to make money. Aeroflow is just willing to sacrifice more than most to accomplish this. Including culture and the people that keep the machine running.

Pros

I have nothing but positive things to say about this organization. They are incredibly innovative and forward thinking. They value their employees and their time. There’s a built-in trust component that you don’t find everywhere.

Cons

This is a growing organization, so with growth comes challenges sometimes. The good news is their team is 100% committed to finding solutions anytime there’s a bump in the road and they make changes or corrections in a timely manner.

Pros

Pros * Great work-life balance (remote work available, flexible work hours, understanding managers) * Not too many meaningless meetings * Coworkers are all very passionate, and make working for Aeroflow special * If you believe in an idea, you can make that idea happen at Aeroflow Aeroflow is a constantly growing company. Every time I reflect back on my time at Aeroflow, I see significant change year over year. The company is very dynamic. The experience you have working at Aeroflow will heavily depend on who you are working for and what position you are working in. Overall, this company shares many benefits from what you'd find from both a startup and a big company. Such as having quick impact and property ownership, while also having the security and work-life balance that one would find from a bigger company.

Cons

Cons * A lot of conflicting philosophies and work culture makes it feel like there are sides to the company that you have to take * PTO isn't great * There can be drama * Many growing pains of a growing company Aeroflow is at the stage where it's not a start up but it's also not a large company with a set way of doing things. This balance creates a lot of frustrating growing pains. When I started, we were not doing Agile, everything was waterfall style, very little planning. It was crazy thinking back on it. Now, things have gotten a lot better, but there are still some things that need to be worked out. Some parts of the engineering department are moving one way, while the other or moving in another. There is no consistency in the way things are done across the company, which I personally don't see a major issue, but from some perspectives can be a major concern. There is definitely a culture clash between start up ideas (move fast and break things), and a more stable large company philosophy (move calculated and do things right the first time). Some major decision makers in the company hold the former philosophy while others hold the later. For those that want a good time at Aeroflow, I'd recommend being somewhere in between the two philosophies. People have passionate opinions on how things should be. You have to be willing to stand up for your ideas or you're going to get pushed around.
