Pros

I truly love working with Aeroflow and I have worked in healthcare for a long time and this job has by far been my most challenging but yet rewarding job I have ever had. I love the idea of advancement they offer and the learning opportunities they provide for you. You have friendly coworkers who are always there to help you and I love the fact that you can work from home or in the office.

Cons

Some of the patients on the phone can be a bit confrontational at times but that is with any job. That is where good customer service comes in. Training could be better.

Pros

- Expectations are clearly outlined from training to other positions, some see this as overwhelming but for me its very helpful to know what is expected for job performance. There were no surprises. - A healthy work environment, management makes clear quotas and metrics that needed to be met and there were never changes or surprises of what is to be expected day to day. - Coworkers, I have met some life long friends here and I believe its because most of us are happy here and don't mind coming to work. - The remote worker policy is very flexible. I have moved twice to different cities and states and they have been more than cool with it.

Cons

- Pay increase for hourly employees is not a lot year to year BUT there is multiple opportunities for growth for manager roles, new roles within the department and the option for uncapped commission. - PTO accrual rate is on the low side, it takes what feels like months to accrue a week off. After a year or so the accrual rate increases year to year but starting out it does not fee like a lot.
