Pros

Aeroflow makes a real effort to create a happy and productive work environment. The CEO is 100% genuine...he cares about the employees and is dedicated to the company's mission to improving people's quality of life. This company is going places; and best of all, they are doing it for the right reasons.

Cons

The workload can be overwhelming at times. More accurate growth projections along with staffing levels would alleviate this problem.

Pros

I work with friends, the work environment is comfortable, upper management is relaxed yet in charge, the owner is awesome, the health insurance is the best i've ever had,the company truly cares about it's employees and the community.

Cons

Some minor building maintenance is needed (but i've heard that is about to begin).
