Pros

Good culture. There are plenty of opportunities to make an impact. If you are a high agency developer, you will thrive. If you are trying to fly low with low impact just to maintain a paycheck, you will not succeed.

Cons

The business often cares more about a quick fix than building long lasting systems. Working with the internal data will show you years of quick fixes. There is often politics involved when it comes to dealing with the business

Pros

You get to work from home .

Cons

Very discriminative company. Rarely do they ever hire any black people and when they do it takes years for them to be promoted .They discriminate against almost everyone of color. If you’re not a white person they probably only hired you so they could check off a little box . I would never recommend working at a place like this

Pros

They provide equipment They make things sound good They have bonuses twice per year

Cons

If you want to move up good luck. Its one of those "dont show them how well you work or you'll be stuck there forever" places to work at. I've seen someone apply 3x for a position they already have done at the company and get denied 3x. Said employee had high metrics in position when they did it but because they have high metrics and high call representative the company would prefer them to take calls. Company wide changes happen often, with little to no warning and accept you to know what's going on. Management has their favorites and if you aren't one, good luck. New hires make the same employees who have been there for years. The way they give raises should be studied. IT always has issues on employee and patient side. They think by having DEI committees they are making a positive role yet BIPOC people are still treated as less than their Caucasian counterparts. They got rid of a department, moved 2 out of 3 of the employees to phones. And then 2 days later hired new employees to do the job their seasoned employees were already doing!
