great environment and coworkers, living wage certified employer, great benefits including PTO, the opportunity to give back to your community on a regular basis.

Cons

systems can be clunky and are homegrown, but we have excellent programming/development/IT teams that responds to issues very quickly.

Funny but helpful coworkers, great health benefits, potential to work at home, promotions available as company grows, laid-back but fast-paced environment, you get to be someone's hero for helping them feel better in their day to day life

Cons

No initial PTO, May eventually have to go back to the office, can be a lot to learn in the beginning
