Great company to work for! They care about the employees and do special things to let them know they are appreciated. They are growing quickly and there are lots of opportunities for advancement.

Frequent changes so you need to be adaptable

Age discrimination, they'll find a way to get rid of you if you're over 50.

The culture and way of thinking is phenomenal! The CEO is one of the most caring people I know, he genuinely wants what is best for all. The executive team is phenomenal and work so hard, they as well want the best for everyone. Sometimes it’s hard to understand where they are coming from bc I was never In that position. I know deep in my heart they come from an amazing place with true intentions on doing the best they can for their employees and patients. 5+ stars for this incredible organization. I have truly missed their amazing culture, I’ve never seen it before! So hard to leave it!

Cons

The parking is a little rough and outdoor eating areas. They could be a little nicer.
