This company is so understanding and flexible. From child care issues to being sick and anything in between--they understand. You accrue PTO quickly and are always able to use it. The people that work here are so friendly and caring.

Cons

This job can be very high stress if you aren't a good fit. It involves being able to multitask and manage your time.

Aeroflow has been the best opportunity that I've ever had for me and for my family. I've had the opportunity to learn and grow in my job, make more money over time, and take care of my family better than anywhere else I've ever worked.

Cons

Talk more about strategy for the next few years. Everyone knows we're growing but what's the company's overall plan for the future?

We are working to share more of our strategy and vision for the future - the first step was our open book financial management sessions where we share all of the financial of the organization. I started with the company at entry level with no prior experience in the industry. I’ve worked hard to learn all that I did not know and in a short time opportunities were presented to me to learn even more. If you are driven and self-motivated, love to be challenged, dedicated to always doing your best and giving 100% then you will find endless growth potential here.

The work is never "done" (but that's also a "Pro")
