Pros

I have worked at aeroflow in sales for about two years now. The work environment and company atmosphere is very positive and rewarding. The team leaders and upper management have created a family environment and strive to communicate well with all departments and keep everything transparent for all departments. Very pleased with my decision to join this company.

Cons

Would recommend more one on one training for new hires.

I felt compelled to share my great experience as a current Aeroflow employee. Although no organization is perfect, I have had nothing but a positive experience over the past 7+ years working here. From a cultural perspective, Aeroflow has been amazing.

Cons

We are a very fast growing company, and we do experience some growing pains along the way. Although the alternative would be much more difficult to handle...
