Pros

It's a great place to work. I didn't think I would love my first office job but it's been 8 months and I've never thought about looking elsewhere. The atmosphere is comfortable. Both my bosses are supportive and encouraging. Feedback is always constructive. Goals are clear and attainable and management is constantly working on resources to make it easier. Our department director is widely admired by his employees which I'm sure is the main factor contributing to our high engagement ratings. And it's strangely very rewarding work.

I have worked in healthcare for 33 years and this company by far is the best one i have worked for. They are laid back. They do not micro manage and they pay well. They strive for work vs home life balance. I have brought 6 individuals to this company and hope to bring more on!

Cons

The PTO for the first year is not very good. You do however get paid for your holidays.

Pros

You will meet some amazing people, free workout classes, gain friends, free food and experience with healthcare & sales. Aeroflow will teach you patience .

Cons

Upper management is corrupt, immoral, money-hungry, female hungry and they lack empathy for others. Your department will become your family but when you take a step back look from the outside (not through windows as there are none- this is a metaphor) you will see that you are a pawn in a corporate business who does not respect or value you.
