      Positive, relaxed atmosphere, bonuses, coworkers and upper management are like family, extra curricular activities and fundraising for the community.

      Pros

      Very nice people; relaxing environment, flexible, casual. Couldn't ask for anything more from this company! Very nice place to work, decent pay + benefits. They really try to create a good culture and retain employees - even have a 90 day breakfast + lots of other perks!

      A great work environment. Lots of opportunity to grow within the company. Great training that continues through your employment. Management does care and listens to all ideas and concerns.

      I only wish I would have found out about Aeroflow sooner.
