I have been with the company almost 4 years. There has been so much growth within the company which has led to many career opportunities for those who work hard! Upper management works very hard to develop and produce leaders internally. The company genuinely cares about their patients as well as their staff and are continuously looking for ways to improve to make it a place where all staff feel as if they are part of the Aeroflow family. Great place to be if you are looking for growth as a professional and to just enjoy where you work!

I have worked full time at Aeroflow for just over two years. During this time I have had the opportunity to move into a leadership role in my original department, and later transfer to a whole different department. This company is very fast paced and always changing (which is a reflection of the industry) Management is very open to new ideas, and has embraced the constant changes. I am constantly asked for my feedback. I also very much enjoy the family atmosphere here, everyone really looks out for each other! The office has that Cheers feeling, where everybody knows your name.
