      Pros

      I have been with Aerostar for many years and the biggest compliment I can give is that I am still there. The constant support and flexibility I receive from Superiors is humbling. Definitely a company you can grow with as they continue to grow.

      Cons

      Not too much here as to the reason I have been at Aerostar for as long as I have. Hopefully, turnover at key positions will continue to be minimal.

      Great company to work for I started as a non Manager and received hands on training that help me move into a manager position

      No complaints - keep going with all of the good stuff

      Atmosphere that put employees first. They care about the employees. If you put out...they will notice. Company is local to a great community.

      Cons

      Some of the work is challenging...but facing challenges can come with many rewards.
