Friendly people and clean work environments, good benefits

Cons

Opportunity to advance is absent unless you are willing to brown nose. Some managers purposefully hold you back no matter your intentions of advancing. Unfair job standards exists for certain people within the company. The company underpays employees and does not recognize the overachievers in either raises or privilege’s.
