The Pay is below average and the Health Benefits are average, they offer a 401k but don't match anything. They offer stock in the company but you don't see any of it until you are fully invested after 7 years.

The company responds to enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. There are multiple paths upward for someone at a technician level. I have been very happy with my time at Aerotech and believe it to be far from a dead end job full of strife and difficulty. There is a lot to learn, there is room for personal growth, and the company is healthy and expanding.

Cons

Interdepartmental communication and problem solving can sometimes be difficult. Our food market could have healthier options.
