If you are smart, they will help you find a good job.

Cons

Not a lot of work opportunities for someone with a BA in Political Science. The person assigned to me didn't really check in that often with me too.

Work with young people Everyone likes to party Expensing set-up is pretty nice HUGE perks when you're the TOP DOG (company is privately owned, so they give out money to high selling Account Managers at the end of the year because they made WAY more than they were expected to and they could not keep it without getting taxed a ton)

Cons

No work life balance Long work hours Motivation by intimidation HIGH turnover (15 people quit in the year that I worked there, and 4 got fired in a smaller sized office.) Frowned upon when you don't attend a happy hours with the people that you have just spent 11 hours of the day with. They tell you it's always TEAM FIRST but they don't tell you that upper management is the part of the team that comes first. The lower level employees constantly have to sacrifice their own careers and time for those higher up than them without any kind of reward. Can I say it again? NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. The only people who succeed work 12 hour days and come in on weekends too. Most quit because they are so unhappy.
