Pros

The best part about working at Aerotek is the constant development that you receive from your direct team and management. There are so many resources available that any questions or concerns can be addressed by someone who has experienced it first hand. The compensation also rewards people who want to put in the hard work and compete to be the best of the best.

Cons

The hours are long, but like in any company if you want to advance you need to put in the extra effort and time.

Pros

Aerotek is a great place to work. They invest heavily in developing the employees. A great culture that fosters growth and is all about team development.

Cons

They used to have a solid base salary with commission however they have just released a new compensation structure effective as of August. 50K base + an additional 20K for the cost of labor in the Vancouver market = 70k for a new recruiter that meets the 13 week training.
