Pros

Aerotek is really great about taking care of their employees. There are a lot of free meals and outings as rewards. The local management team knows that employees work hard and they reward them accordingly. Also, they offer a lot of vacation days from day 1 of employment.

Cons

You are expected to work long hours, and basically be "on call" at all times to work or handle issues/questions. I was working in a sales-support role as a Customer Support Associate (CSA) which is basically an HR Assistant but they do not pay as much. In that role you are expected to work any time they need you to and do "whatever it takes" to keep the money flowing for the sales people. While they do offer around 15-20 days of paid vacation, no one ever has time to use them.

Pros

I've met a lot of great people, definitely some who are going to stick with me for life. I guess when you advance into the company you can make a lot of money. If you enjoy working 50+ hours a week this is a great job for you.

Cons

No work life balance. You're expected to work a minimum of 48 hours. When you're going through training you're not making much- and then they say that after training you'll hit salary but there's a metric that you have to hit twice in order to hit salary. The work can be extremely frustrating and when you're dealing with people- sometimes their situations really hit home.

Pros

It was nice to work for Iqor through Aerotek. Iqor has good employee attention, as well as Aerotek. I was hired thruogh Aerotek and we received an introduction about the conditions and in general there is a good working environment and I made good friends there. I enjoyed it.

Cons

I just spent no more than one month and I was called by cellphone to tell me that that was my last day working for Aerotek. I was noticed when I was in a Bowling Center so it was noisy and I couldn’t understand most of the things the lady told me. I knew I wasn’t accomplishing the established norm. So I think I was fired because of that. I never got late, I was easy goning with my coworkers, I was striving to accomplish my norm, so …
