Pros
I worked from home and that served as a great convenience while raising my children.
Cons
Management was far removed from the needs of their employees. That was a common sentiment among most. As time passed, the stress of the job caused me to finally resign from a salary of $72,000. Happiness was far more important than money. Implementation Managers also worked through all holidays and most weekends with little time to family. It was the only way to keep up with the demands of the work.
