Unorganized for such a large company

Pros

Coworkers were fairly nice, but there were some that were standoff-ish. Building is clean and new.

Cons

Management is unorganized and seemed unprepared for growth. Tasks were given at a rapidly increasing rate, while keeping the same expectations for completing the previous ones.

Pros

The benefits were great and my colleagues and management were good. The company truly cares about its employees and subscribers wellness.

Cons

They micromanaged to the point you were treated as an adolescent. After we all became teleworkers the team moral diminished.
