Pros

Excellent technical environment which is constantly upgrading. Very employee friendly work system which allows balance between personal and professional life.

Cons

Corporate decision are sometime seem to have short term future goals and not long term overview of growth which in tern leads to business centric model from its current consumer centric model with employee interest at hand

Pros

Uhmmm.... well the cafeteria is nice.

Cons

No work life balance. Constant layoffs and no job security. Lots of offshoring. Horrible managers that are totally incompetent. Most jobs are high stress and most employees are overworked. The culture is terrible and moral is even worse. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a job
