Interesting MEP work. Good opportunity to learn a lot about design work Worked on interesting and complex MEP projects Learn a lot about the city and the vendors within it (MEP) Offices operate very independently

Cons

Sink or swim mentality in the group I was with . I'm sure others operated differently though. Pay isn't very competitive, but not terrible by any means Expected to work a lot of unpaid OT
