Pros

Overall great place to work and apply skills that you have been able to learn in the trade or from school. Work environment is full of many team members with diverse backgrounds and who are very skilled in what they do. They allow you to push yourself to obtain different experiences working on many different projects.

Cons

None that apply to this workplace. The only downside could be the attitude of a disgruntled employee who didn't receive what they had hoped for and then made sure to let individuals know how they felt, thus diminishing moral of others.

Pros

They hired me Project work can be interesting There is flexibility to go your own way (not a lot of structure) There's some great employees, but I never work with them

Cons

Corporate Culture is boring Some individuals work long hours, much harder than others Poor management structure Only place I have worked where I don't feel I belong or they want me to contribute Worst toilet paper ever!!!

High-profile clients overshadowed by poor management.

Pros

Crazy high end clients. This isn't MEP work for strip malls and offices. Pharmaceuticals, universities, software companies, data centers. Oof!

Cons

Owners and management don't know how to run a project. They just know how to say 'Yes'. They can't manage their clients or workload. Just gimme gimme gimme that PO. They claim to be stewards of the environment, but close to 50% of their workload is for 50-100 MW data centers. Yeah, that's good for the planet. This place will suck the life out of you.
