      Pros

      Great bunch of very bright, motivated engineers to work with. Principals are accessible and down-to-earth people who genuinely care about their employees and clients.

      Cons

      The commute. Only reason I left.

      Company provides various paths and opportunities to grow taking more roles and project work to work on. They support any certification cost and 50% of professional society memberships.

      Cons

      Hard work may not result in a major raise and pay is below average. Company is very weak in handling immigration for its employees. It delays the immigration cases so they can keep young immigrants working for them at low wage.
