      Great projects, but not a great fit for me

      - Complex, high profile projects that keep work interesting - Design software and technology is cutting-edge - Very smart, efficient engineers to learn from

      Cons

      I had an unfortunate pairing with a more senior engineer, helping out on a few projects. I was left without clear instruction and proper training, was talked down to, and never got positive feedback. In spite of the great pros listed, this relationship is the main cause for my leaving.
