      Pros

      The company has something for everyone. Our office in chapel hill does well at keeping all the employees in touch with one another. The welcoming culture really helps smooth the creases dividing professional and friendly working relationships.

      Cons

      Honeslty, being new to the industry I don’t have any issues with AEI, except for the fact that their chapel hill office does not offer hybrid or remote work without strong exception.
