      Great company to work for. Opportunities for upward mobility. Thoughtful and considerate leaders. Mentorship for young engineers to grow and learn.

      Cons

      Not a terrific training program for entry level engineers.

      Pros

      Great culture and atmosphere at work, generally smart people, mostly easy going, the normal variations in a consulting style company, truly want to make a difference in sustainable buildings, care about your career development

      Cons

      The normal highs and lows of a consulting style, have to suffer through bad projects to get a good one once in a while. Could be more receptive and give a little more leeway to try new things, new analytics tools, new technologies etc.
