Pros
I learned so much from my time at Affinitiv. If you can learn trial by fire and constantly take on new work to learn all that you can, then you will do well here. It's a great place to start a career and learn the basics of Agile delivery and SaaS. Some incredible people work here, but it's more like diamonds in the rough, and all of those people struggle together to keep it afloat.
Cons
The culture is BAD. The Execs are priming for sale constantly, even though we just merged in 2019, so the sole purpose is to "look" good enough and run lean enough to sell again. That means you as an employee don't really matter other than your ability to help move the sale along. Documentation is non-existent, and what is available is often incorrect. Resources are slim, everyone is drowning, and no one is happy. So be prepared for trauma bonding with your coworkers. Because everyone is drowning, delivery is often late from all aspects - engineering, support, marketing, etc. Also, it is automotive clients, and that environment is toxic in and of itself.
