Tremendous growth, transparent and reliable leadership, amazing support group, compassionate managers, and a lot of potential for individual growth.
Cons
The only con is the growth is so fast right now that things are taking a lot of time to develop, with so much going on it's understandable so it's a con, not a gripe.
