Pros

Affinitiv creates a fair and competitive environment in efforts to make it better for everyone. I have a story: The top performers are rewarded with a week-long trip to exotic places. this year was Maui. Everything was provided, including spending money. Employees and Plus-one's had no worries. In my case, during the trip, we had a medical emergency, and the company went above and beyond, handled rebooking flights, extending the resort stay, offering to sit at the hospital with us. I have never had a better work experience at any job. They care, which makes me care and work as hard as possible in a show of appreciation

I've found a work-life balance that is exceptional, and the compensation packages including salaries and bonuses are highly competitive. I've noticed a significant improvement in management over the past few years, and they continue to make efforts to enhance employee well-being. I've certainly enjoyed building a successful career with Affinitiv over the past 7+ years, and would certainly recommend this company to others. If you have an opportunity to work for Affinitiv, you should highly consider it.

Cons

Affinitiv has room for improvement in terms of collaborating effectively across different departments. There exist untapped opportunities between departments that can bring significant benefits to both the company and its clients. Additionally, automotive is a niche market and we fail or succeed based on the well being of one industry. Diversified ad agencies are more resilient in volatile markets.
