Your job will always be at risk - Affinitiv's Executive leadership team is constantly, and without warning, making drastic cuts to staffing under the guide of "restructuring". What it really means is that the remaining employees will take on the work of those cut, while receiving no additional compensation. There's cuts happen without warning, and always to the teams that seem to be the most impactful to ensuring the smooth operation of their products - support, QA, Dev, Account managers. Your insurance options are terrible, and you'll constantly battle with doctors offices about whether or not they even accept your insurance. Even if they do, the out of pocket costs are high. Your pay will be at the bottom of any pay scale of whatever field you work in. Potentially even under the lowest of ranges. Annual raises and merit bonuses are pitiful, and the company makes no effort to compensate employees to cover for regional or national inflation numbers, nor cost of living increases. Many employees struggle financially, and a good number have had to relocate to continue to afford even the most basic standards of living

* Leadership team is unethical. If they can lie to OEM like Subaru and Kia about non existant High Availability and Disaster Recovery what they can't. For years, the leadership has been sharing things with OEMs which are out right lies. The leadership team has gone to the level where even RFP response have wrong information. Many products company sells has no engineering team members at all and have not been kept up for years but are still being sold. * You do not have to be good at your trade but have to be in inner circle of CEO or else you are constantly at risk. * HR is all about talk big but in real life there is nothing Human in HR here. HR leadership will insult their own Team members at will and make the HR team members cry in meeting. If HR can't take care of HR, who else can expect better treatment. Check how many HR people have left in less than 1 year and conclude on your own. If you are considering employment here, review number of people who have left this company in less than 1 year and especially at leadership level.
