Pros

The management under Sid Nair is very accomodative and understanding, the real Pro is this feels more like not just automotive domain company, but a family. Mostly Affinitiv has two regions USA and India, both work cordially, and there are no night shifts I love that. There are also no such pressures which come out of the blue. This company has matured into a more than 1000+ employee diverse team.

Cons

Affinitiv needs more startup initiatives, something like In-house stealth startups. The firm is heavily into US Automotive Industry, if they were to concentrate on India, China and outside USA, there comes the potential. Great workplace to work.
