Pros

After reading all of the reviews the consensus is free coffee. Yes, FREE COFFEE! Feel free to stop reading and run now.

Cons

Affinitiv is made up of executives with lack of interpersonal communication skills, little to no startup experience (your fancy bios mean ZERO), are masters of creating red tape processes rather than being agile, give little to no useful direction to employees and have the need for two seats wherever they go (one for themselves and the other for their ego). It’s a matter of time before CIP Capital realizes this is a terrible investment and pulls the plug PS Expect a flurry of positive Glassdoor reviews to be posted soon because the execs egos are hurt. Panhandle for those reviews baby! They put the blame on employees that cannot embrace change as an excuse. No darling, you’re just a disorganized mess and that’s putting it mildly.

Pros

Hopefully it will be sold eventually to a company that has a clue.

Cons

Affinitiv is the product of a merger between 4 automotive marketing companies: One Command, Peak, Dealer Product Services and Time Highway. Since day one that have mismanaged the merger, and have driven out tenured, experienced people out in favor of hiring new people that have no clue. The corporate culture is toxic, and the remaining people are mostly still there as they haven't found another job yet.

Cons

If you want to work for a company with professional coworkers who have your best interest, this is not the company for you. My department was suffering from an increased workload and upper management refused to provide us with the help we needed due to strict COVID budgeting. There are unclear expectations of job duties due to upper management constantly increasing workload. When I told my manager about the unclear expectations and high-stress environment, I was told that there are many other employees in the company that feel the same way and I was given no solutions. It's clear that management is aware of many internal issues and doesn't care to fix them. Employee turnover is HIGH and Affinitiv is constantly losing good talent. Might I add, the compensation for all positions is extremely underpaid in general. Affinitiv leadership claims they want to see their employees grow whether it's internal or external. The second I announced I was quitting, I was treated as if I never existed. Instead, I was told what a mistake I'm making and I was shamed for my decision, which proved my decision to leave even more. My direct manager never even thanked me or said goodbye. If you want to be undervalued, underpaid, unrecognized and burnt out, I'd highly recommend working here. If you're a prospective employee, PLEASE pay close attention to the bad reviews. Increasing the Glassdoor rating was an HR initiative and they had upper level employees write fake good reviews.
