Affinitiv has completely stripped every benefit of working for the previous company “Autoloop.” They have taken away 401K match, increased the cost of terrible insurance, there is no opportunities for training, and no raises for 2-3 years. They also took away holiday bonuses without any sort of communication. If you get a job here, expect to work 2 jobs at once, but don’t expect any sort of raise, and expect your team to be gone at the end of the year because they can’t keep anyone at the company. They say they are trying to improve culture, but it is just not happening. Everyone is leaving this company for a reason.

Through the mergers, employees aren't able to deliver actionable feedback in how to make the transitions smoother. The employees have suffered and many good team members have been lost.
