Not enough to be worth considering a job at this company

2 major lay offs since June, 4 pay plan changes in the past 12 months, ( with less pay out and higher goals) terrible bullish leadership and HR , who would most likely comment on this post. If you are a self respecting sales professional please do some research before accepting a position here.. Reach out to formal employees who left or were let go in the past year . Their employee retention is the worst in the industry for a reason .
