My experience at Affinitiv has been positive. I love our work-from-anywhere policy. I have a career path and have been given the latitude to challenge myself and my teammates to continuous growth and improvement. Everything I was told when I interviewed 3.5 years ago has come to fruition. I have a manager who gives me the freedom to do my best work and who is always supportive when I need assistance. He's also great about recognition and reward. I've been promoted twice so far in my tenure for one example. I have a strong working relationship with almost all my teammates and know I can count on them to be collaborative, open to change, and have my back.

Cons

Like every company, not every day or everyone is full of sunshine and roses. The good news is, more days than not are good ones with teammates and clients I enjoy working with to bring best-in-class projects to market. On the less-than-ideal days, I have a manager and team I know are there to help me work through whatever it is and we get back on track quickly.

Terrible experience since the acquisition of Autoloop. Anyone willing to apply here, please try to speak with even ONE former employee as a reference. They fired the COO with no intent to replace. Terrible morale and everyone either hates their job or is afraid to speak up in fear of being part of the next “budget cut”. They have what they’d like to call “Ask me Anything” sessions with the CEO but he avoids all questions regarding the 2 recent RIF’s (aka layoffs) and pretty much all topics outside of “what’s your favorite sports team” style questions.
