Relaxed dress code and good office location

Cons

When interviewing, they talk up job titles and responsibilities but in reality everyone is not using their potential. Upper management disregards those below them and no former training is given. Those who are close to upper management are given special treatment. HR writes off any complaint and accuses their own employees of lying. Truthfully, it’s not a healthy environment let alone a work environment.
