Great products that add tons of value for dealerships

Cons

Leadership consistently changes very important things like compensation structures, targets, roles, and benefit providers. Not many (if any) on the Executive level have ever worked in a car dealership so they don't understand the needs of dealers. They also aren't focused on innovation and making products better.

Upper Management was hit or miss, no opportunities for growth, do not expect a competitive salary, office politics frequently got in the way of keeping employees feeling safe and valued
